ABOUT

WLR Law

Client centric expertise, delivered with care

Before WLR Law began its journey, we met with our commercial partners to discuss their experiences when accessing legal services and we quickly came to realise that some businesses and private individuals no longer felt valued as clients.  We fully believe that all services should be led by the highest client service, something that totally starts with understanding you as an individual or as a business, understanding your needs and your environment so we can be sure how to best serve you.  This led to the creation of WLR Law with its main objective being to innovate the existing legal model to focus the attention back to where it should be, the clients.

OUR CULTURE

Our staff not only have a voice, we don’t just hear them, we listen when they speak!

Our goal to innovate the legal model is not limited to client service, our culture of integrity and transparency is at the heart of who we are, after all, how can a business provide excellent client service if the culture isn’t the right fit?

Our style ignores the traditional old school hierarchy to a place whereby client relationships are not limited to partners only, client relationships are held by everyone, and everyone is trusted. We promote an open door policy and our team know they can come and speak to us about anything and whilst we love working hard for all of our clients, we make sure there is time to celebrate professional and personal achievements and acknowledge the value of working for each other.

TRANSPARENCY

Clear communication, every step of the way

What can our clients expect when instructing WLR Law? We try to avoid using complex legal jargon and instead break things down in a way that is gives our clients comfort and confidence by understanding each step of the way.

In relation to pricing, we work with our clients in a way that works best for them. Where possible, we will offer a fixed fee service. In those instances where this is not possible, we will work with our clients to set a budget before providing regular costs updates.  No surprises, no awkward conversations and no hiding, simply transparent and honest.

Communication is often overlooked and even excused by ‘being too busy’ but we know how important this is to our clients. We provide regular case updates, in a manner ad interval that our clients expect as we appreciate the anxiety and stress that can be caused by not knowing what is happening on each case. However, our lines of communication are open, its a two way relationship and we are not too busy to hear from you.
